Dalyvauja rengiant darbo organizavimo programų ir planų projektus, atlieka reikiamus planuojamų priemonių ekonominio veiksmingumo skaičiavimus, sudaro tų programų įdiegimo padaliniuose užduotis. Darbo vietose tiria organizacines ir technines gamybos sąlygas, darbo procesus, būdus ir metodus, parengia būtinų darbo organizavimo gerinimo darbo vietose priemonių sąrašus. Klasifikuoja įmonės darbo vietas ir profesijas, sudaro jų sąrašus, nustato priemokų prie atlyginimo dydžius, kai yra nukrypstama nuo normalių darbo sąlygų.
